Is occupational health and safety a legal requirement in North Cyprus?
Employers are responsible for the health and safety of their employees at work. North Cyprus's Occupational Health and Safety Law expects employers to carry out risk assessments, train their staff and prepare for emergencies. You can do this with competent people in-house or with professional external support.
How is the price calculated?
It depends on headcount, sector and hazard class, the size of the workplace and how often we visit. After our first meeting we send a clear written quote with no hidden extras.
How often will you visit?
As often as we agree in the contract. An active building site may need several days a week, while an office might only need a monthly visit. We add extra visits when work peaks or after an incident.
When should a risk assessment be renewed?
At regular intervals, and whenever something significant changes: new machinery, a new department, a process change, or after an accident or near miss. We track this for you and remind you before it's due.
What training do you offer?
General OHS training for everyone; topic-specific training for work at height, chemicals, hot work and equipment use; and hands-on training for emergency teams. Delivered in Turkish or English, depending on your team.
Can I hire you for just one service?
Of course. We can do just a risk assessment, a training programme or a single drill. You can always start small and expand later.
